How it Works


We’ve been offering catering and personal chef services in the Turks and Caicos Islands for over 30 years! Trust us; your satisfaction is our guarantee.

Our lunch menu can be enjoyed with one of three convenient options: prepared by a chef on-site, delivered directly to you, or left for you the night following chef services. If left overnight, hot items will be wrapped in aluminium foil for easy reheating the following day.

We are of course happy to accommodate any vegetarian guests/guests with special dietary needs. Whether your group has specific allergies or dietary preferences, please let us know and we will tailor the experience to suit your needs.


Pricing

The price of your experience with us is dependent on the size of your group and your selections. We will be happy to create a customized quote just for you!

All catering will have a 12% government tax, and a 15% catering fee (to cover transportation of food off-site and other services) added to your menu subtotal.

For deliveries, a 12% government tax and a 15% catering fee (for to-go containers and related items) will be applied, along with a delivery fee of $75 for Grace Bay, Long Bay, or Thompson Cove, and $100 for Sapodilla Bay or Chalk Sound.

No gratuity/service charge will be added to your bill. We suggest tipping your catering team directly the day of, as per the service received. 

Staff

Quick staff estimate for up to a three-hour event:

Chef/Server for 11 or fewer guests: $350

Chef/Server for 12-14 guests: $400

The number of staff necessary will vary depending on number of guests. Please inquire for any higher number of guests.

Menu Selections


$40 per person++, 6 guests minimum

Soups

All served with homemade bread

  • Roasted vegetables (vegetarian/vegan)

  • Chicken noodle with vegetables

  • Tomato and basil (vegetarian/vegan)

  • Broccoli and cheddar (vegetarian)

  • Jalapeño soup (cream base, vegetarian)

  • Smoked conch chowder (cream base)

  • French onion soup (vegetarian/vegan)

Salads

Please choose one salad and one protein topping:

  • Caesar Salad
    Crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan and our homemade Caesar dressing

  • House Salad
    Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh basil and a balsamic dressing

  • Greek Salad
    Feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, red onions and a Greek dressing

  • Spinach Salad
    with bacon, chopped hard boiled eggs, grilled red peppers and a mustard dressing

  • Asian Salad
    with crispy noodles, Mandarin oranges, cucumbers, tomatoes and a sweet chili dressing

  • Caprese Salad
    tomato & mozzarella with fresh basil

Proteins:

  • Grilled chicken

  • Grilled/blackened shrimp

  • Grilled/blackened fish (mild white fish like mahi mahi)

  • Seared Sriracha-seared tuna

  • Jerk tofu

  • Grilled portobello mushrooms

  • *Grilled lobster when in season (usually Aug 1st-Mar 31st — $20 supplement per person)

Extras (optional)

  • Crème Brûlée $10
    A rich custard topped with caramelized sugar

  • Key Lime Pie $11
    Traditional graham cracker crust filled with key lime custard & topped with a mango coulis

  • Rum Cake $12
    Served with Bambara whipped cream and fresh berries

  • Flourless Chocolate Torte  $12
    Served with vanilla ice cream

  • Warm Banana Tart  $11
    Served with butterscotch sauce and rum raisin ice cream

Bar (optional extra)

Please choose one option:

Option A

Guests provide all bar items/drink service (including ice, glasses, alcohol)

Option B

Hire a bartender ($175), and guests provide all bar items, including ice, glasses, alcohol

Option C

Unlimited 3-hour bar: $50 per person++
(no charge for bartender)
