Our story

Clive arrived in Turks and Caicos from England over 30 years ago. His training provided the classical background which has been the canvas for his creative Caribbean flavors.  He worked at Grace Bay Club for a brief stint before opening The Terrace in Turtle Cove in 1994.  After The Terrace came Aqua, and finally Bay Bistro Restaurant from 2004 to 2024. After 20 wonderful years at Bay Bistro, Clive decided it was time to focus on catering and personal chef services.  Our chefs work closely with local fishermen to procure fresh fish, conch, and lobster (when in season) ensuring dishes are the freshest on island.  The Kissing Fish team has a reputation for putting on the perfect beach dinner whether it’s a casual pig roast for a birthday/celebration or a large, more formal wedding reception.

Joan was so helpful and easy to work with; Mike ensured everything was set up perfectly the day of, he always made sure we had a drink in hand and was checking on everyone to make sure everything was good (I spilled some sauce on my dress and before I knew it Mike was down there with club soda and it came out instantly); and Clive delivered with the food.
